HYIP Golden Rules

There are several golden rules that every investor and player should remember and abide by at all times when playing ponzi games and investing in HYIP's.

Rule One

Thou shall not spend more than ye can afford

In other words, don't spend the rent and bills money. Use only the money that you would normally spend on CD's, beer, computer games or what ever other luxury you allow yourself. Never, ever borrow money to invest in HYIP’s.

If you do have a large disposable amount to play with, then you would be wiser to look at some real investments such as managed forex accounts / day trading signals, see the members area for more details

Rule Two

Thou shall not let greed enter thy life

In English, this means don't get greedy. Just because a HYIP is paying you for two months doesn't mean it will be the answer to all your dreams. Don't go re-mortgaging your house as some people have previously done [this will inevitably lead to heartache!].

Also, don't get attracted by the big returns. Anything above 30% a month is fantasy, and even then it won't last. Experience has shown that 5% to 20% is a reasonable and sustainable monthly return, even then there are no guarantees.

Rule Three

Thou shall not SPAM

Self explanatory. Yes, programs usually offer a referral commission, yes it can be very lucrative, BUT NO YOU CAN'T SPAM TO EARN REFERRALS. In fact, it will do more harm than good and you’ll lose your accounts [and all your deposits!].

Rule Four

Thou shall keep thy passwords safe and secure

Being careless with your passwords, such as using the same password with every program or even worse, using your e-Gold passphrase with the HYIP’s, is a direct route to getting scammed and your money stolen. Be careful! Use separate non-word passwords with lower and upper case characters and numbers.

Remember to use the password generator we showed you earlier & you can save your passwords in a great little free program called RoboForm, which also acts as an automatic form filler… again make your roboform secure by password protecting all your entries, you can download free ROBOFORM

Rule Five

Thou shall do thy Due Diligence before investing

If you don't do your DD before investing, don't shout SCAM when the program runs with your money. It's your own fault. Use our guidelines above before investing in any programs

Rule Six

Thou shall listen and learn from more experienced investors

If several experienced investors are telling you that a program is a ponzi, then you would be wise to listen to them, rather than shouting off "Yeah? Well it pays me so how could it possibly be a ponzi?"

You can’t buy experience, but you CAN educate yourself!

Rule Seven

Thou shall get thy principle back before reinvesting

If you get all your money back before the program closes, you've won, right? No matter how obvious this statement seems, far too many people opt to compound the crap out of their investment and never even break even when the program runs.

With EVERY program, get your money back before even thinking about compounding. If the program is so great, there will be plenty of time to compound.

Rule Eight

Through cult mentalities, darkness lies

This is personally one of my pet hates, people who start cheerleading a program to such an extent that they form a cult surrounding that program. The admin takes up God like status in their eyes, where he can do no wrong and his Word is Truth. Anyone questioning their leader or the program in question is immediately beaten down and silenced. The admin, in effect, has created his own Gestapo from his minions, who do his bidding, support his program and generally praise him.

It’s usually these people that cause others to lose their car, their home, their family when the program goes south. They bigged up the program so much on the forum, that people got carried away with the spending. Once the program has disappeared, it will be these people that continue to support and defend the program.

Never rely solely on info in the program forum, those using these forums exclusively can soon turn into cult-like disciples, you must get a broader view by checking out the other independent forums, moneymakergroup.com & TalkGold would be a good place to start looking for independent advice.

Yes agree with that point they are all scams for the fact that they promote themselves in a way which is not what they are. They are not investments but just GAMES.
So why not state so saying you play a game and you can lose. I am with a game like that and it works.
